Support Engineer

Company: LiveHealth.
Location: Pune

Responsibilities
  • Should have In-depth knowledge about working of the product.
  • Required to work closely with customers to identify the problems and advising on the solution.
  • Involved in working closely with engineering/product management to resolve customer queries and be the voice of the customer within the organisation.
  • Needs to log customer queries and follow up with them in a timely fashion.
  • Should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Should be able to update help documents to help customers try and fix problems themselves.
  • Should be self-motivated and take initiatives to try new things for better customer success.
  • Experience in document management softwares will be a plus.
  • Analysing error logs to spot common trends and underlying problems will be a plus.
  • Startup experience is a plus.

  1. Thanks for the post it is really good and simple with a well-described blog. Allows to operate pathology software and thereby giving them reports to the patients, doctors, referral health practitioners and phlebotomists.
